The Virtual Chemistry Tournament (TVQ) is an extension project developed entirely by undergraduate and graduate students in chemistry and chemical engineering at the State University of Campinas (UNICAMP), under the coordination of Prof. Dr. Edvaldo Sabadini, from the Institute of Chemistry (IQ). The project aims to stimulate young people’s interest in Natural Sciences, especially Chemistry, by encouraging teamwork, excellence in studying, and the development of students’ reasoning and bibliographic research skills, while also fostering stronger relationships with their teachers. Additionally, by promoting participation in academic student events, the project seeks to bring high school and higher education in Brazil closer together, helping participants transition into university life.Cancel
